Bangladesh Dota 2 Women’s National team will compete against Thailand on 22nd October.
They moved to the next stage of Qualifiers PLAYOFFS Double 3 elimination for the Global Esports Games 2022.
The team will be facing Thailand in terms of moving to the next stage. If they become successful, they will get the ticket for playing in Istanbul the following December.
The interesting fact is if they lose their match, it will not be an end, they will get another chance to qualify in a match against the losing team of the match Malaysia Vs Singapore.
Bangladesh National Dota 2 Women’s team is the first Bangladeshi women’s Dota 2 team that is participating in the International platform.
It is also a milestone for the Bangladeshi esports scene that a Bangladeshi women’s roaster representing Bangladesh in an official tournament.
The DOTA 2 women’s national team tryout for Bangladesh was organized by the Global Esports Federation and powered by BYDESA. The event took place in Auroral Gaming Lounge on the 26th of September.
Team Bangladesh’s expedition of the regional qualifiers began from October 8, Saturday.

The Global Esports Federation officially confirmed multiple titles for the Istanbul 2022 Global Esports Games. The Istanbul 2022 Global Esports Games will be staged from December 14-18, 2022.
